Translucent yellowish-beige, orange, and vermillion quartzite; with a slightly concave lip and recessed flat, rounded-rectangular foot surrounded by a protruding convex foot rim of the same shape; carved using the natural markings in the stone as a subtle cameo with Li Tieguai 李鐵拐leaning on his staff on a rocky ground, the gourd on his back emitting a cloud of vapour in which a bat flies, the rocky ground continuing around one narrow side, and morphing into a different scale to become part of a mountainous waterside landscape scene with two dwellings and a pine tree, with peaks rising from clouds.
