Beige and dark brown stoneware with white glaze; of hexagonal form with a flat lip and recessed flat, hexagonal foot surrounded by a protruding flat foot rim; divided into two main sides by the decoration, each taking up three faces of the faceted form, one main side with flowering shrubbery, the other with an idyllic Jiangnan water-side scene with an open pavilion beside the water, with trees and other foliage and rocky outcrops on the far bank, the interior glazed creamy-white
